摘　　要：预防为主是我国水土保持的主要方针,也是建设项目水土保持方案编制的重要原则。方案比选的水土保持评价,是水土保持方案编制的重点内容之一。本文分析了方案比选水土保持评价的基本要求、主要内容,提炼了主要评价指标,并在案例中进行了应用分析。Prevention first is the main policy of soil and water conservation in China,is also the important principle of conservation planning of construction projects.Evaluation on soil and water conservation in comparison and selection is one of the key content of soil and water conservation plan.The paper analyzes the basic requirements and the main content of evaluation on soil and water conservation in comparison and selection,refines the main index,and carry out a case analysis.
