摘  要:长输管线破管泄漏是一种极端工况,发生频度非常低,现场采集的漏失实际数据少且漏失点随机性高,很难作为基础数据进行规律性分析研究,同时对长输管线破管漏失实验研究难于实施。因此本文基于气动力学理论建立泄漏数学模型,在此基础上应用气体管线数值计算模拟方法,对不同压力,流量等参数条件下,破管后对上游起点阀室压力下降速率变化规律进行深入分析研究,进行数值计算模拟,对计算结果进行多元拟合,建立拟合公式为气液联动阀进行正确参数设置提供理论指导依据。The broken pipe leakage in long distance pipeline was an extreme condition , the frequency of occurrence was very low, which resulted in little actual data collected in the field and high dropout point of randomness , which was difficult to use them as the basis for data analysis of regularity , while the long -distance experimental study of pipeline leakage was difficult to implement.Therefore, based on the kinetic theory of gas leaks mathematical model was established, based on the application of this gas pipeline numerical simulation method under different pressure , flow and other parameters , the broken pipe after the start of the upstream valve chamber pressure drop rate variation in depth analysis of performed numerical simulations of multi -fit calculation results , and a valve fitting formula for the gas -liquid interaction parameter settings was established correctly to provide a theoretical basis for guiding.
