摘 要:南海某海上油田在2013年4月发生首次腐蚀失效事件。通过对腐蚀残余物进行热分析、x射线成分分析及x射线衍射结构分析等方法,结合水质分析对腐蚀形貌特征和腐蚀失效的原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:引起测试分离器闭排管线腐蚀失效的主要原因是硫酸盐还原菌引起的点蚀,该细菌的营养源不是传统意义上的硫酸根离子,应该是通过降解原油来获取营养的。周期性对系统进行杀菌处理,可以有效的抑制硫酸盐还原菌的快速滋生,从而有效的预防腐蚀失效的发生。First corrosion failure accident occurred in an oil field of south Chinese sea in April , 2013 .Through thermal analysis , X -ray fluorescence spectrometry , X -ray diffraction , the corrosion behavior and causes were researched and analyzed with the combination of water quality analysis .Results suggested that the main cause of internal corrosion in test separator pipeline was the pitting corrosion caused by SRB , whose nutritional sources were not traditional SO2 -4 , and could be provided by degrading crude oil.The rapid increasing of SRB could be inhibited by carrying out the bactericidal treatment for the whole system , so as to prevent this kind of corrosion failure accident.
