摘 要:基于细观力学建立自适应底座精确数值模型,研究帘线组分参数对其力学性能的影响。首先,结合橡胶材料Mooney-Rivilin本构模型和帘线拉伸模量修正公式,建立帘线/橡胶复合材料精确数值模型,并与试验对比验证;其次,建立自适应底座细观力学模型,对其帘线模量进行修正;然后,建立自适应底座精确数值模型,得到数值计算附加载荷,并与试验对比验证;最后,基于参数识别方法,分析帘线组分参数对自适应底座的附加载荷等力学性能的影响。分析表明,帘线弹性模量和体积含量越大,附加载荷越大;自适应底座内外层受力状态比中间层更恶劣;帘线弹性模量和帘线体积含量降低,会导致自适应底座的抗剪切能力下降。The accurate numerical model of adaptive base was built based on micromechanics. The effects of cord component parameters on the mechanical properties of adaptive base was studied. Firstly,combined with the Mooney-Rivilin constitutive model of the rubber material and the cord tension modulus amending formula,the accurate numerical model of cord /rubber composite material was built and verified by the testing results. Secondly,the micromechanics model of adaptive base was built,the modulus of cord was amended. Thirdly,the accurate numerical model of the adaptive base was built,the additional load obtained by numerical calculation was compared to the testing results. Finally,based on parametric identification method,the effects of cord component parameters on mechanical properties such as additional load of adaptive base were analyzed. The analysis shows that: with the increment of modulus and volume content of the cord,the additional load increases,the stress state of the inner and outer layer of adaptive base is severer than the middle layer,with the decrement of modulus and volume content of the cord,the shear strength of adaptive base decreases.
