茶多酚、鞣酸抗细菌生长、粘附能力的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨茶多酚、鞣酸对致龋菌生长、粘附能力的影响。方法　参照已有的茶多酚、鞣酸溶液MIC ,观察不同浓度药液中变链菌Ing、6 715和粘放菌ATCC192 46的生长、粘附情况。 结果　茶多酚对变链菌Ing的生长有较强的抑制能力 ,而鞣酸对三种受试菌的生长均有较强抑制能力。二药对变链菌Ing、6 715有轻微的抗粘附活性 ,对粘放菌 192 46则无作用。结论　茶多酚、鞣酸具有一定的抑制细菌生长能力 ,并对变链菌Ing、6 715有轻微的抗粘附活性。Objective To study the effects of tea polyphenol and tennic acid on the growth and adherence abilities of the cariogenic bacteria.Methods Solution of tea polyphenol and tennic acid were made up with different concentration on the known MIC.The growth and adherence amount of S.mutans Ing,S.sobrinus 6715 and A.v ATCC19246 in the solution were observed.Results The growth ability of S.mutans Ing could be inhibited by tea polyphenol,whereas the growth abilities of all the bacteria could be inhibited by tennic acid.The adherence abilities of S.mutans Ing and S.sobrinus 6715 were midly inhibited by tea polyphenol and tennic acid,A.v ATCC19246 was not effected by the medicals.Conclusion Tea polyphenol and tennic acid have some abilities to inhibit the growth of cariogenic bacteria,and the adherence abilities of S.mutans Ing and S.sobrinus 6715 could be mildly inhibited.
