等量La-Co掺杂对干压各向异性SrFe_(12)O_(19)结构和磁性能的影响

摘  要:以Y30H-2预烧料作为基料,采用陶瓷法制备La-Co掺杂的干压各向异性Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19(x=0~0.10)锶铁氧体,研究La3+Cd2+共同替代对锶铁氧体结构和磁性能的影响。XRD射线衍射分析表明,La-Co掺杂并没有改变锶铁氧体结构,锶铁氧体主体仍为六角晶结构;SEM分析表明,La-Co掺杂能使晶粒粒度变细;磁性能测量显示,样品的Hi随掺杂量的增加先增大后减小,当取代量x=0.06时,Hcj达到最大值。Br则随掺杂量的增加呈现不规则的变化。K值的变化表明,当x=0.04时,锶铁氧体的综合性能最佳。Based on Y30H-2 pre-sintered powders, La-Co substituted dry-pressed anisotropic strontium ferrites Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19(x=0~0.10) were prepared by common ceramic processing, and the influence of co-doped La3+, Co2+ ions on the crystal structure and magnetic properties of dry-pressed anisotropic strontium ferrites were studied. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that strontium ferrite remains hexagonal strontium ferrite structure and SEM showed that grain size of strontium ferrite can be fine with increasing of La-Co substitutions. Measurement of magnetic properties indicated that coercive force Hcj increases first and then decreases with increasing x, and the maximun value was obtained when the substitution amount x is 0. 06. And Br appears irregular change with increasing x. IP value indicates that strontium ferrite has the best comprehensive magnetic properties with x= 0.04.
