摘 要:采用表面粗糙度测试、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等方法研究了在碱液环境中乙丙橡胶表面老化前后的变化规律。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,橡胶表面粗糙度逐渐增大。XPS测试结果表明乙丙橡胶表面C-C含量降低,而C=O和O=C-O含量增加,这是乙丙橡胶老化的标志。老化后乙丙橡胶的FTIR测试结果表明,在1742cm-1和1162cm-1处对应于C=O和C-O-C的伸缩振动,进一步证实了XPS的结果。The aged ethylene propylene rubber in lye was studied by surface roughness measurement, XPS and FTIR. With increasing aging time, the surface roughness of EPM rubber increased. The XPS analysis indicated that theconcentration of carbon in C-C decreased and that of highly oxidized carbons in C= O and O= C-O increased, it is a signthat rubber became aged. The FTIR show that the wavenumbers at 1742 cm-1 and 1162 cm-1 were stretching vibrationof C=O and C-O-C,which was proved by XPS.
