摘 要:通过宏观分析、化学成分、显微组织、常温和高温力学性能、扫描电镜分析等试验手段对某电厂超临界锅炉高温过热器出口T91钢管爆裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于管材组织严重老化、力学性能下降,以及短期过热等因素共同影响,钢管在超温过热环境下运行导致管壁承受的应力超过了其屈服极限,从而在相对薄弱的向火面处发生开裂。The causes leading to tube-burst failures on high-temperature superheater of supercritical boiler wereanalysed by means of macroexamination, chemical elements analysis, melallographic structure analysis, mechanicalproperties testing at elevated and room temperatures, SEM and so on. The results showed that clue to the joint influence of pipe microstructure seriously aging, mechanical properties decreased and short-time, the properties of the tube operated under overheating environment further decreased sharply, the pipe wall stress which caused by steel pipe run-ning at overtempearture and overheating environment was higher than its yield limit,all those caused lhe pipe crackedin the weak firmfacing side region.
