异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗中度寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：96例中度寻常性痤疮患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。对照组外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶，1次／天，治疗6周；治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用胶原蛋白敷料，1次／天，每次30min，连续使用4周，第5～6周隔日使用1次。疗程均为6周。结果：治疗组愈显率和有效率分别为89．58％和100．00％，对照组为66．67％和91．67％，两组疗效比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组发生轻度局部刺激反应率为12．50％，对照组为10．42％，均未发现任何全身不良反应，两组用药不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合胶原蛋白敷料贴敷治疗痤疮安全、有效，可临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of the combination therapy of isotretinoin erythoromycin gel and collagen dressing in moderate ache vulgaris. Methods 96 patients with moderate ache vulgaris were divided into the experimental group and the control group at random with 48 patients in each group. All the patients were treated with isotretinoin erythoromycin gel once a day;the experimental group combined with collagen dressing once a day,30 minutes eachtime for 4 weeks, and then once every otherday.The two groups were treated for 6 weeks. Results The markedly effective rate and the effective rate in the experimental group were 89.58% and 100.00%, 66.67% and 91.67% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）.There were no systemic adverse reactions in the two groups,only has mild Iocad irritation reaction,12.50% in the experimental group and 10.42% in the control group, no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Isotretinoin erythoromycin gel combined with collagen dressinq is a safe and effective method for treatment of moderate acne vulgaris.
