摘  要:采用激光-电弧复合焊技术进行储罐用钢板横向焊工艺焊接Q345钢,分析了影响焊缝成形的各种因素,并测试了焊缝的力学性能。结果表明,激光输入功率主要影响熔深及背面成形,光丝间距影响复合效果。焊缝硬度高于母材,韧性低于母材。调整激光输入功率与电弧功率,可以改变激光电弧复合焊对工况的适应性。试验结果表明,对于横向焊,当错边量达到2 mm,间隙达到1.3 mm时仍能获得合格的焊缝。Q345 steel was welded by means of horizontal position laser arc hybrid welding process.The results show that the laser power determines the weld penetration and back weld appearance.The distance between the laser beam and the wire affects the hybrid effect.The best hybrid effect is obtained when the laser beam irradiates at the edge of arc.The tolerance for root gap and unfitness can reach 1.3 mm and 2 mm,respectively.The tensile test results show that the tensile fracture occurs at the base metal and the tensile strength can reach 510 MPa.the bending strength can reach 1 800 MPa and the impact energy can reach 60.5 J.The hardness of the joint is higher than that of the base metal.
