摘　　要：同步发电机转子阻尼绕组能够改善发电机运行性能,并抑制发电机过电压。隐极转子阻尼绕组制造难度较大,对装配及焊接要求较高。文中简要说明了阻尼绕组的结构特点,详细介绍了阻尼绕组装配、弯形、焊接过程,并对纯铝焊接接头性能和质量进行了评定。Damper winding of synchronous generator rotor can improve the running performance of generator and suppress its overvoltage.It is difficult to manufacture the damper winding of non-saKent pole rotor,which has high requirements for assembling and welding.The structure,assembly,bending,welding of damping winding were briefly introduced.Meanwhile,the properties and quality of pure aluminum were evaluated.
