摘　　要：目的探讨过敏性紫癜患者血清中IL-10和IL-26的表达水平与过敏性紫癜的相关性,分析其临床意义。方法选取过敏性紫癜患者22例,正常人20例,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测其血清中IL-10和IL-26的表达水平,并将检测结果进行对比分析。结果过敏性紫癜患者组IL-10表达水平为(37.16±15.39)pg/mL,高于正常对照组的(27.50±12.26)pg/mL;过敏性紫癜患者组IL-26为(41.33±17.06)pg/mL,高于对照组的(26.70±13.20)pg/mL。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 IL-10,IL-26均参与了过敏性紫癜的发病过程;IL-10对过敏性紫癜患者起到了一定的保护作用,而IL-26作为致炎因子,可能参与并加速了过敏性紫癜的发病进程。Objective To explore the expression of IL-10 and IL-26 in serum of patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura （HSP） ,and to investigate their clinical significance. Methods The expression of IL-10 and IL-26 was measured by enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay in 22 patients with HSP and 20 normal controls and the test results were analyzed. Results The expression levels of IL-10 was （37.16 ± 15.39）pg/mL in serum of the patients group which was higher than that of normal controls[ （27.50 ± 12.26）pg/mL] , and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression levels of IL-26 was （41.33 ± 17.06 ） pg/mL in serum of the patients group which was higher than that of normal controls [ （26.70 ± 13.20）pg/mL ] , and the differences was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The IL-10 and IL-26 participated in the pathogenesis of HSP. IL-10 played a protective effect in patients with HSP and the IL-26 may participated in and speeded up the process of the HSP as a in- flammatory factor.
