申克孢子丝菌病1例

摘　　要：患者女,49岁。2年前右手背出现一黄豆大小结节,此后皮损逐渐增至鸽蛋大。组织病理学检查提示"感染性肉芽肿"。经培养,通过对菌落形态学鉴定病原菌为申克孢子丝菌。内服10%碘化钾溶液(10mL,3次/d),外用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏与萘替芬酮康唑乳膏(交替使用,1次/d)结合局部热敷(1次/d,20min/次)治疗,治疗2个月后,斑块明显变平变小。现随访中。A 49-year-old female with constantly appeared bean sized nodules on her right hand back for 2 years. Pathological examination of the biopsied tissue suggested ＂infectious granuloma＂. Tissue culture was done. The pathogen was confirmed to be Sporothrix schenckii by morphology identification. 10% of potassium iodide solution （10ml tid）, Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream and 1% naftifine 0.025% ketoeonazole cream （topical use, qod） and thermotherapy （1 times a day, 20rain each time） were applied to the patient, the patient showed improvement after 2 months, then she plaques obviously becomes fiat small. Now follow up.
