摘　　要：第四次国际荨麻疹会议上讨论并完成了对2008版国际荨麻疹指南的更新。关于慢性荨麻疹的治疗,新指南推荐采用三步法则,即从标准剂量的二代H1受体抗组胺药物开始;若治疗效果差,可将抗组胺药物剂量增加至4倍;对治疗顽固者,加用奥玛丽珠单抗、环孢素A或孟路斯特。The update of the international guidelines on urticaria were discussed and agreed at the 4th International Consensus Meeting. For the treatment of chronic urticaria, the new algorithm recommends a three-step process starting with a standard dose of a non-sedating H1 antihistamine. If there is an insufficient treatment response, the dosage should be increased up to four times.
