萘替芬酮康唑乳膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗花斑糠疹65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价萘替芬酮康唑乳膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗花斑糠疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的65例花斑糠疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏和阿达帕林凝胶外,对照组予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外用,疗程均为2周,分别于治疗结束时及结束后2周时比较两组患者的真菌清除率及临床疗效。结果治疗结束时和治疗结束后2周时,治疗组的有效率为84.85%和96.97%,对照组为62.50%和75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。且两组患者中均未见严重不良反应。结论萘替芬酮康唑乳膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗花斑糠疹疗效较好,二者联合使用对治疗花斑糠疹有协同治疗作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and the safety of combination naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream with adapalene gel in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor. Methods Sixty-five patientients suffering with pityriasis versicolor were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group was topically applied by naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream and adapalene gel once daily, respec- tively. The control group was treated only with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream twice daily, all the patients were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacy and fungi clearance rates were compared between the two groups at the end of treatment 2 weeks after the end of the treatment. Results At the end of treatment and 2 weeks after the end of the treatment, the clinical efficacy rates were 84.85% and 96.97% in treatment group, 62. 50% and 75.00% in control group, respectively. The clinical efficacy rates of the treatment group were all higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. No severe incidence of adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion Favorable curative effect was observed in the treatment with the combination of naftifine hydrochloride and ketoeonazole cream and adapalene gel in the patients with pityriasis versicolor. There was synergistic action in the treatment with adapalene gel and naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream in pityriasis versieolor.
