逆行掌背皮瓣修复手指背侧软组织53例临床体会

摘　　要：目的：观察逆行掌背皮瓣在53例修复手指组织缺损中的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月～2013年7月53例手指外伤软组织缺损的患者，利用逆行掌背皮瓣对软组织缺损的手指进行修复，观察修复后手指的近期及远期疗效，总结治疗经验。结果53例皮瓣完全成活，患者术后手术部位短暂肿胀过后，效果均恢复良好，术后4周手术达到满意效果的患者数量明显增多（P＜0．05），术后3个月患者手指功能恢复效果均较满意（P＜0．01）。结论手指外伤致皮肤或软组织缺损在采用皮片移植效果欠佳时可以采用逆行掌背皮瓣进行修复，可取得满意的临床效果。Objective To observe the effect of retrograde dorsal metacarpal flap applied to 53 cases of pa-tients on repairing tissue defect in fingers .Methods Fifty-three subjects suffering finger soft tissue trauma were enrolled from July 2011 to July 2013 , accepting retrograde dorsal metacarpal flap for repairing .The short and long term effects were evaluated and treatment experience was summed up .Results All flaps survived completely ,noting fine recovery af-ter postoperative swelling in surgical site .The number of patients satisfing the operation effect significantly increased 4 week after operation（P〈0.05）.Three months after surgery,the attitude of patients to postoperative finger function re-covery effect were satisfactory （ P〈0 .01 ） .Conclusion Retrograde dorsal metacarpal flap can apply to finger soft tissue trauma,instead of transplantation of skin graft .The effects are significant .
