摘　　要：颈椎病是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾病，中医综合治疗在其治疗中具有重要地位，本文就其综合治疗进行综述。牵引是颈椎病综合治疗的最常用的基础方法，中医综合治疗文献报道大多缺少辨证分型。今后应在辨证论治原则指导下，开展规范化的综合治疗优化研究，以期用最少的治疗方法获得最大的疗效。The cervical spondylopathy is one kind of degenerative disease. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） comprehensive therapies are important for the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Comprehensive therapies with two, three or more TCM methods were reviewed in this article. Traction therapy was the most frequently basic therapy used in TCM comprehensive therapies, and most of which were short of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome. In order to use the least therapeutic methods to obtain the maximal therapeutic effect, TCM comprehensive therapies for cervical spondylopathy should be carried out under the guiding of therapeutic methods based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.
