摘 要:目的对1起霍乱暴发疫情的调查、处置进行总结,为今后霍乱疫情的防治和处置提供经验和借鉴。方法制定统一的病例诊断标准,开展现场流行病学调查,并对采集标本进行实验室检测。结果此次疫情共发生霍乱病例3例,其中实验室确诊病例2例(O139群),临床病例1例,无死亡病例。病例有相同聚餐史,从聚餐中甲鱼销售点采集的2份样品检测出霍乱弧菌。结论该次疫情为霍乱弧菌O139群引起的暴发疫情,可疑污染来源为聚餐食物中的甲鱼。Objective To ascertain the source of a cholera outbreak and entific evidence for making dispose it standardly, control and prevention strategy. Method Field epidemiological thus to provide sci- survey was conduc- ted by unified diagnostic cases criteria, samples were collected for laboratory tests. Results Totally 3 cases were found, including 2 laboratory - confirmed cases, and 1 clinical case, with no death case. Two strains of cholera O139 were detected in the samples from the soft -shelled turtles. Conclusions This outbreak is caused by O139 cholera vibrio, the suspected source of pollution was soft- shelled turtles.
