摘　　要：目的了解成都军区传染病报告管理工作现状,查找存在问题,为改进军队传染病报告管理工作,提高报告质量提供依据。方法对全军区20家医疗卫生机构2012年的法定传染病报告工作开展检查,从组织制度建设、人员配置情况、硬件设施配备、传染病报告程序和报告质量等方面进行调查分析。结果各医疗卫生机构组织制度健全、报告程序清楚;所有医疗卫生机构均配备了负责传染病报告工作的专(兼)职人员,其中专职人员10人(50%),长期从事本单位传染病报告管理工作的仅5人(25%),专职传染病报告人员平均工作年限为1.5年,基础知识考核平均成绩65分;传染病整体漏报率与迟报率分别为39.68%和50.00%,总医院与中心医院传染病漏报率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.06,P<0.01)。按要求装备短信编码器,具备突发状况下利用短信息进行传染病报告能力的单位仅1家,短信编码器安装使用率为5%,各单位对病例数据均未加分析利用。结论成都军区传染病报告漏报率与迟报率较高,缺乏长期从事传染病报告工作人员,对报告数据利用率低,管理工作质量有待大力加强。Objective To understand the current situation of management of communicable disease notification（ CDN） in Chengdu military command,so as to provide a basis for improving the management quality of military CDN.Methods Notifiable communicable diseases reports in 20 medical institutions in 2012 were inspected,with contents of organization system construction,personnel allocation,hardware facilities,procedures and quality of CDN.Results All the institutions had sound organization system and clear reporting procedures.Fulltime and part time workers were allocated in all the institutions,with10 fulltime ones accounting for 50% of the total.Only 5（ 25%） workers were long-term staff for CDN in affiliated units.The average work duration of fulltime workers was 1.5 years,and the average score for basic knowledge assessment was 65 points.The overall underreporting rate and late reporting rate of communicable disease were 39.68% and 50.00%,respectively.The difference of the underreporting rate between general hospitals and central hospitals was statistically significant（ χ2= 19.06,P ＆lt; 0.01）.Only one institution was equipped with SMS encoder,with a using rate of 5%.Conclusion The management of communicable disease notification in Chengdu military command is to be strengthened,given the facts of relatively high underreporting rate and late reporting rate,lack of long-term staff and low usage rate of reporting data.
