摘　　要：目的了解基本公共卫生服务对社区高血压患者血压控制率的影响,分析其影响因素,为提高血压控制率提供参考依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法在广西南宁市3个社区,抽取400名参与基本公共卫生服务管理满1年的高血压患者进行问卷调查及体格检查。结果社区高血压患者血压控制率为70.3%。单因素χ2检验分析显示,性别、文化程度、婚姻、年收入、药物依从性、吸烟、接受随访次数以及自我血压监测对血压控制率有影响。logistic多因素分析显示,性别和规律服药是影响血压控制率的主要因素。男性血压控制率低于女性（OR=0.541,95%CI=0.322~0.911）,规律服药者血压控制率高于非规律者（OR=2.735,95%CI=1.692~4.421）。结论基本公共卫生服务慢病管理措施能有效提高血压控制率,但今后仍需加强患者慢性病危险因素的管理和提高服药依从性,达到预防控制高血压,减少并发症的目的。Objective To understand the impact of basic public health service on the blood pressure control and to supply scientific references.Methods Totally 400 hypertensive who had participated in the basic public health services management for full 1 year were selected with simple random sampling method in three community health centers in Nanning.Questionnaire and physical examination were both conducted towards them.Results The blood pressure control rate was 70.3%.Single factor chi-square test showed that gender,education,marriage,income,drug compliance,smoking,number of follow-up and self blood pressure monitoring had influence on blood pressure control.Logistic multiple factors analysis showed that,gender and taking medicine regularly were the main influencing factors of blood pressure control.Blood pressure control rate in male was lower than in women（ OR = 0.541,95% CI = 0.322-0.911）;blood pressure control rate of the taking medicine regularly was higher than those not（ OR = 2.735,95% CI = 1.692-4.421）.Conclusion Basic public health services can effectively improve blood pressure control,yet pertinent measures should be timely taken with respects of gender,drug compliance.
