新乡市中小学生流感疫苗接种影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解流感疫苗在新乡市中小学生中的接种情况及接种服务需求,分析影响接种流感疫苗的因素。方法 2012-07随机抽取6所学校(包括幼儿园),按年级分层共抽取600名学生及其父母,由家长填写调查问卷,内容包括基本信息、流感疫苗接种情况、健康状况以及对流感疫苗相关的主观认知和态度等;对影响学生接种流感疫苗的因素进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果 2011年新乡市中小学生流感疫苗接种率为3.83%;43.59%的家长愿意接种流感疫苗;72.39%的家长认为流感会降低工作、学习效率以及生活质量,但流感相关知识认知率均低于30%;更愿意听从医院建议、认为自己属于流感疫苗推荐接种人群、发生流感症状后就诊是影响接种的主要因素。结论新乡市中小学生流感疫苗接种率低,家长对流感和流感疫苗的相关知识认识不足是主要影响因素,应采取有效干预措施来提高流感疫苗接种率。Objective To understand influenza vaccination status among the primary and middle school students in Xinxiang.Methods A total of 600 students as well as their parents were randomly selected and surveyed with questionnaires,which included personal information,status of influenza vaccination,physical condition,knowledge on influenza vaccination and their attitude toward it.The non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influential factors.Results The influenza vaccination rate for the pupils and middle school students was 3.83% in Xinxiang in 2011,and 43.59% of the parents were willing to have their children inoculated;72.39% of them held the view that influenza could not only decrease the efficiency of working or studying but also reduce the quality of life.However,less than 30% of the people heard about influenza.The main factors affecting influenza vaccination included people’ s preferring to the suggestions from doctors,considering themselves to be the recommended vaccination objects and going to see the doctor after they suffering from the flu（ P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The influenza vaccination rate for primary and middle school students is low,and the main reason is that most of the parents know little about flu and influenza vaccination.Therefore,pertinent effective measures should be taken towards the weak aspects relating with the vaccination.
