2006-2011年惠州市惠城区其他感染性腹泻病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省惠州市惠城区2006-2011年其他感染性腹泻流行病学特征,探讨其流行规律。方法对惠州市惠城区2006-2011年《国家疾病监测信息报告系统》中上报的其他感染性腹泻病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2006-2011年惠州市惠城区共报告其他感染性腹泻病3 713例,年发病率分别为32.72/10万、78.35/10万、104.71/10万、66.01/10万、133.90/10万和62.35/10万,每年发病率差异有统计学意义（χ2=563.39,P〈0.01）。0~3岁报告病例数占总病例数88.82%,其中1岁以下报告病例数占总病例数44.14%,1~2岁报告病例数占总病例数34.04%。散居儿童报告病例数占总病例数82.74%。男性其他感染性腹泻病发病率高于女性（χ2=306.57,P〈0.01）。每年11~12月为发病高峰。结论惠州市惠城区2006-2011年其他感染性腹泻病报告发病率呈逐年上升趋势,0~3岁散居儿童是高危人群,发病高峰是秋冬季节,提示婴幼儿病毒引起的感染性腹泻病是防控工作的重点,建议政府及有关部门继续高度重视和加强其他感染性腹泻病的预防控制工作。Objective To investigate the epidemiologic characteristics of infectious diarrhea in Huicheng district.Methods Descriptive epidemiology was employed to analyze the epidemic situation of infectious diarrhea cases reported from the routine infections disease surveillance system from 2006 to 2011.Results A total of 3,713 infectious diarrhea cases were reported during 2006 to 2011,with the annual incidence rates of 32.72/105,78.35/105,104.71/105,66.01/105,133.90/105and 62.35/105,respectively.Statistical difference was detected among incidences from 2006 to 2011（ χ2= 563.39,P ＆lt;0.01）.The patients of 0-3 years old accounted for 88.82%;those aged less than one year accounted for 44.14% and 1-2 year-old accounted for 34.04% of the total cases.A proportion of 82.74% cases were scattered children.The incidence rate of infectious diarrhea was statistically different in term of gender（ χ2= 306.57,P ＆lt;0.01）.The peak prevalence season was between Nov.and Dec.Conclusion The annual incidence rate of infectious diarrhea in Huizhou is characterized by an ascending trend,clustered in the children under 3 years old and outbreak between Nov.and Dec.Thus,pertinent measures towards the aforementioned aspects should be timely taken.
