摘　　要：综述了中国石油化工集团公司在合成树脂成套技术开发、新型催化剂、节能降耗新技术、新产品开发等方面进展。采用自主开发的聚丙烯、聚乙烯、环氧树脂等成套技术,近几年建成了多套大型合成树脂装置。高性能聚烯烃催化剂为新产品开发和装置节能降耗提供了技术支撑。生产装置应用高收率的单体回收技术和先进控制技术进一步降低了消耗。结合国内外石油化工行业现状,分析了国内合成树脂产业发展面临的挑战,从原料优化、产品结构调整、技术管理、技术开发等方面提出了建议。This paper reviewed technology advances in resin synthesis of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, including complete sets of resin technology, novel catalysts, the technology for reducing cost and saving energy and development of new products. Lots of large-scale synthetic resin plants were constructed by the adoption of independent development technology for polypropylene, polyethylene, epoxy resin, etc. in recent years. High performance polyolefin catalysts provided technical support for products development and energy-saving and cost-reducing of plants. High yield monomer recovery technology and advanced process control technology were used to save energy and reduce cost further. The challenges of the developments in domestic synthetic resin industry were analyzed in combination with the current situation of petrochemical industry at home and abroad. Some suggestions were put forward, such as the optimization of materials, adjustment of product structure, management and development of technology.
