聚酯型聚氨酯的合成及其贮存稳定性

摘  要:以聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己二酸丁二酯二醇和聚己内酯二元醇为软段,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇为硬段,采用溶液法分别合成了固含量为30%的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯(PCDLU)、聚己二酸丁二酯型聚氨酯(PBAU)和聚己内酯型聚氨酯(PCLU),考察了它们的贮存稳定性。结果表明:Zr催化剂和Bi催化剂催化合成的树脂贮存稳定性较好;酸值降低也可改善贮存稳定性;树脂贮存稳定性还与其软段结构有关,3种聚氨酯的稳定性顺序为PCDLU>PBAU>PCLU;热老化后树脂仍能保持较高的力学性能,热老化过程中黏度降低缘于聚氨酯分子链断裂。A series of polyurethane (PU) solution with solid content of 30% including polycarbonate diol urethane (PCDLU), polybutylene adipate glycol urethane (PBAU) and polycaprolactone glycol urethane (PCLU) were prepared respectively by one-step solution method with polycarbonate diol, polybutylene adipate glycol and polycaprolactone glycol as soft segments, and diphenylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol as hard segments. The storage stability of the PU resins was studied. The results show that the storage stability of the resins synthesized with Zr catalyst or Bi catalyst is superior, and the decrease of the acid value can improve the storage stability. The structure of soft segments influences the storage stability, and the resins whose storage stability ranked from the highest to the lowest are as follows: PCDLU, PBAU and PCLU. All the resins can maintain excellent mechanical properties after thermal ageing. The decrease in viscosity of the PU resins during thermal ageing is due to the breakage of PU molecular chains.
