摘 要:目的通过实施一系列干预措施,对汞作业工人的行为及防护措施进行干预,并评价干预效果。方法以某照明企业127名汞作业工人为研究对象,制定和实施干预措施并对比干预前后健康知识知晓率、卫生行为、工作场所空气汞浓度检测、生物监测指标等变化以评价干预措施的效果。结果通过干预措施的制定和实施,工作场所汞蒸气平均浓度由原来的0.026 mg/m3下降为0.009 mg/m3。工人健康相关知识的知晓率提高,由培训前57.5%提高到培训后92.3%。卫生行为干预18个月后,尿汞平均值由58 nmol/L下降到30 nmol/L,尿β2-MG含量由干预前平均0.22 mg/L下降到0.08 mg/L,干预前后差异具有统计学意义。结论改善工艺,加强健康教育,改善卫生行为,是预防慢性职业性汞中毒的有效途径。Objective To intervene the behaviors and protective measures of mercury-exposed workers and evaluate intervention effects.Methods The awareness rate of health knowledge,health behavior,biological monitoring indicators of the 127 recruited workers as well as mercury concentrations in workplace before and after intervention were correspondingly compared.Results After intervention,the average mercury vapor concentration in workplace reduced to 0.009mg/m^3from 0.026 mg/m^3,the awareness rate of health knowledge raised to 92.3% from 57.5%,urinary mercury concentrations reduced to 30 nmol/L from 58 nmol/L,urinary β2-MG decreased to 0.08 mg/L from 0.22 mg/L.Conclusion Improving the work process,strengthening health education and improving health behavior are proved to be effective in prevention chronic occupational mercury poisoning.
