摘 要:为了解黄浦江上游河道水域中的土著鱼类种类结构及体重与可量性状关系,2013年3月—5月在黄浦江上游河道中对土著鱼类进行了调查分析。测定全长、体长、头长、吻长、眼径、眼间距、体高、尾长、尾柄长、尾柄高等10个形态学可量性状指标以及体重,并利用线性回归和幂函数回归拟合了体重与形态学可量性状的关系。结果显示,共捕获鲤形目、鲈形目和鲇形目3个目中的鲤科(Cyprinidae)、鲿科(Bagridae)、鳢科(Channidae)、塘鳢科(Eleotridae)等4科12属14种土著鱼类。黄浦江上游河道中捕获的鱼类种类相对较少;除了棒花鱼种群拟合度不高(R^2接近0.7)外,其它几种鱼类的体重与形态学可量性状的拟合度均很高(R^2>0.9),拟合方程可以作为本水域土著鱼类种质资源标准化整理、整合的数据信息。Native fishes were captured from upper rivers of Huangpu River during March to May, 2013, in order to understand the community composition as well as the relationship between measurable characters and total weight for the native fishes there. Ten items of morpho metric characteristics including full length, body length, head length, eye diameter, mouth length, eye spacing, body height, tail length, tail hilt length, tail hilt height, as well as total weight were measured. Equations between the morphological data and total weight of the fish by stepwise linear regression and power-exponential regression were fitted. The results showed, 14 species were captured, which belonged to 12 genus and 4 families, such as Cyprinidae, Bagridae, Channidae and Eleotridae.The species number in this research was fewer than in references of some near waters, and the fitted equations were good ( R2>0. 9) to express the relationship between the morphological data and total weight, excluding Abbottinarivularis ( R2 near 0. 7 ) . This research provides data information for the standardization, integration and sharing of native fish germplasm resources in Huangpu River area.
