摘 要:随着清洁能源不断开发利用,光伏产业发展迅速,多晶硅产业应运而生。而生产多晶硅原料三氯氢硅的过程中会产生大量的副产物四氯化硅,其对环境污染较为严重。合理处理副产物四氯化硅,实现多晶硅绿色生产,意义重大。介绍了中国多晶硅副产物四氯化硅的应用现状,详细介绍了四氯化硅制备三氯氢硅、白炭黑、硅酸酯类、光纤原料高纯四氯化硅方面的制备原理、制备工艺及其优缺点,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。With the sustairnble development and utilization of clean energy,the development of photovoltaie industry was rapidly and poly-silicon industry emerged as the times demand.While producing trichlorosilane which was the raw material of preparing poly-silicon,a large amount of silicon tetrachloride as by-product was also manufactured,which was serious pollution to the environment.Therefore, rational treatment for silicon tetrachloride and realization of green production of poly- silicon industry was of great significance.The application status of silicon tetrachloride in China was reviewed.Principle and technology in the preparation of trichlorosilane,silica,silicate,and high purity silicon tetrachloride for optical fiber from silicon tetrachloride were introduced in detail and their merits and demerits were evaluated.The development trend of comprehensive utilization of silicon tetrachloride was also prospected.
