摘  要:以非淬水高镁炉渣为原料,采用酸浸法利用其中的二氧化硅制备白炭黑产品。采用红外光谱对白炭黑进行定性分析,采用X射线荧光光谱仪对白炭黑进行含量分析。考察了盐酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度和洗涤次数对白炭黑制备的影响。得到制备白炭黑的最佳工艺条件:盐酸浓度为4.0 mol/L、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为2.5 h、洗涤次数为6次,在该工艺条件下,从20 g炉渣中可制备白炭黑产量为10.90 g,白炭黑产品纯度达到90.2%。Silicon dioxide in the non-quenched high magnesium slag was recycled in order to produce white carbon black by acid leaching method.FT-IR was used for qualitative analysis to product,and XRF was used for quantitatively analysis to product.All effect factors, such as concentration of hydrochloric acid, reaction time, reaction temperature, and washing times, on preparing white carbon black from high magnesium slag were discussed.The optimum conditions on preparing white carbon black were as follows:concentration of hydrochloric acid was 4.0 mol/L,reaction time was 2.5 h, reaction temperature was 55℃ ,and washing times were 6.Under the optimum conditions the yield of white carbon black was 10.90 g from 20 g high magnesium slag, and its purity reached 90.2%.
