电容型设备末屏下引装置实用性研究

摘  要:状态检修是电网设备检修发展的必然趋势,通过对设备状态进行准确评估,可全面掌握设备的健康状态。目前,带电测试已成为设备状态评价的重要数据支撑。GIS、主变压器等设备已经开展了众多的带电测试项目,这些带电测试数据使设备状态评价结果更加可靠,对设备检修具有积极的指导意义。但对于穿墙套管、CVT、主变套管等电容型设备仍缺乏有效的带电测试手段,目前没有针对此类电容型设备的带电测试项目,致使此类电容型设备的状态评估依赖于停电计划,不能实时掌握设备健康情况。这个问题已成为制约整个电网状态检修开展的瓶颈。对此类设备末屏下引的可行性进行分析,提出并设计末屏下引装置,实现此类电容型设备的带电测试,测试结果表明该装置具有很强的可靠性和实用性。Condition-based maintenance is the inevitable trend of power system equipments maintenance.Equipment condition can be comprehensively mastered by accurately evaluation.Now,energized test has become one of the most important ways of data supporting.Many kinds of energized test have been launched for GIS and main transformer.Energized data makes evaluation results more reliable and plays a positive role in equipment maintenance.But effective energized test for capacitive equipments such as wall bushing,CVT and main transformer bushing is still lacked.Condition assessment of such capacitive equipments depends on power cut plan.Real condition of these equipments cannot be detected.This problem has become the bottleneck of condition based maintenance of the whole power system.Feasibility of downward device for end shield is analyzed in this paper. Downward device for end shield is proposed and designed.Energized test of capacitive equipments is achieved. This device is very practical and reliable in energized test.
