摘　　要：根据呆滞煤量的定义及其危害,对忻州窑矿矿井呆滞煤量形成原因进行了分析,提出了采用先进的采煤方法和采煤工艺,将易采和难采的生产计划合理搭配,采用综采、刀柱、低位放顶、一次采全高、转采等多种采煤工艺,合理进行配采,提高煤炭资源回采率等相应的预防及治理措施。On the analysis of the definition and hazards of dull coal reserves, the paper studies the causes of the dull coal reserves in Xinzhouyao mine and proposes rational combination of difficult and easy production plans with advanced mining approaches and techniques. Reasonable apportion mining could increase the coal recovery ratio with techniques including fully-mechanized mining, wedge pillars, top-coal caving at lower position, overall height mining in one time, rotating mining, and others.
