摘　　要：根据梵王寺煤矿副井井筒的地质情况,设计了井筒"上冻下注"的施工方案和"冻-注-凿"三同时平行作业建井新工艺,井筒基岩段地面预注浆总体设计采用"直孔+S孔"的方案,加快了凿井速度,为安全高效建井技术提供了一定的工法。Based on the geology of auxiliary shaft in Fanwangsi mine, the paper studied and designed the construction scheme of top-freezing-bottom-grouting and concurrent and parallel operation of freezing-grouting-digging. In the bedding rock area, surface pre-grouting design adopted the scheme of straight-hole-plus-S-hole to speed up the shaft sinking, which provided rational construction method for the safe and efficient shaft construction.
