摘　　要：简述了土—结构动力相互作用国内外研究概况 ;对国内外抗震设计规范考虑土—结构动力相互作用的有关条文进行了分析 :指出《89规范》[1] 第 4 .2 .6条考虑土—结构动力相互作用时存在的问题。In this paper the research situation at home and abroad about the soil structural dynamic interaction (SSDI) is introduced. Articles in shockproof design specifications relating to SSDI are analysed. It points out that there are some problems in the 《89 specification》. The calculation of discount coefficient of horizontal earthquake considering the SSDI is the main point discussed by authors.
