美国市场监管体系建设的经验与启示

摘　　要：市场监管是经济规律有效运行的保障,同时也是政府的重要职能。然而我国的市场监管却存在诸多漏洞,需要从美国成熟的市场体系中借鉴成功经验加以完善。美国的市场监管体系在食品安全监管、互联网监管、金融监管和市场秩序监管方面已形成相对健全的机制,并进一步朝着放松经济性监管、加强社会性监管以及国际合作的方向变革。针对目前广州市场监管体系建设中存在的问题,我们不但要借鉴美国市场监管体系成功的制度,更要学习促使这个规章制度形成的美国政府和公民对待公共事务的精神和态度。Market supervision is the guarantee of effective operation of economic law and is one of the major functions of government .However , there are some drawbacks in China＇s market supervision mechanism and China needs to learn from the successful experience of American market supervision mechanism .American market supervision mechanism has formed a complete system in the areas of food safety supervision , Internet supervision , finance supervision and market order supervision and tends to reform in the aspects of loosening economic supervision and reinforcing social supervision and international cooperation .By analyzing the existing problems in Guangzhou＇s market supervision system , this paper holds that we shall learn from American market supervision mechanism not only its successful implement but also the spirit and attitude of American people hold towards public events in the formulation of this mechanism .
