重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法随机将120例慢性宫颈炎患者分为对照组(凝胶基质)和观察组(重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶),对两组临床疗效、临床病理特征改善情况及不良反应,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率明显升高,临床病理特征治疗有效率明显升高,P<0.05。治疗期间,没有出现明显不良反应。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To study clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel treatment for chronic cervicitis. Methods120 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomized into control group（ gel matrix） and observation group（ recombinant human interferon α-2b gel）. The clinical efficacy,clinical pathological features improvement and adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate significantly increased. The effective treatment rate of the clinical pathological features was obviously increased in observation group with no obvious adverse reaction,P〈0. 05. Conclusion The recombinant human interferon α-2b gel treatment for chronic cervicitis has significant efficacy and high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
