免疫色谱法与发光免疫分析法测量血清降钙素原

摘　　要：目的比较分析免疫色谱法(PCT-Q)与发光免疫分析法(PCT-L)测量血清降钙素原(PCT)的一致性及应用价值。方法选取我院2013-09～2013-12间收集的80份血清标本为研究对象,分别采取半定量PCT-Q与定量PCT-L对血清标本中的PCT含量进行测量,对两种方法的检测结果一致性、特异性等情况进行统计分析。结果 PCT-Q与PCT-L结果一致53例(66.25%),相差一个级别(上或下)22例(27.50%),相符率为93.75%。结论 PCT-Q与PCT-L测量血清降钙素原相符率较高,但并不总是一致。对于急性疾病诊断可选取免疫色谱法;对于疑问疾病、检测治疗或要求精确测量首选发光免疫分析法。Objective To compare the immune chromatography（ PCT-Q） and chemiluminescence immunoassay（ PCT-L） measurement of serum procalcitonin（ PCT） consistency and value. Methods A total of 80 serum specimens of the hospital from September to December,2013 were collected as research objects,were measured in serum samples of serum procalcitonin in semi quantitative immuno chromatography and quantitative luminescence immunoassay,and consistency and anisotropy of the detection results of two methods were analyzed. Results 53 cases have consistent PCT-Q and PCT-L results（ 66. 25%）,22 cases have difference in level（ up or down） in（ 27.50%）,and consistent rate is 93.75%. Conclusion PCT-Q and PCT-L measurement of serum procalcitonin compliance rate is higher,but not always consistent. The diagnosis of acute disease can select immune chromatography; for doubt disease,detection and treatment or the accurate measurements prefer luminescence immunoassay.
