摘  要:随着采矿业的迅速发展,我国部分地下金属矿山开始步入深井开采,矿井通风网络越来越复杂,给矿井通风带来很多的难题。在调查分析我国大型复杂金属矿井通风系统普遍存在的影响井下风流有效分配、通风能耗偏大、漏风量大等共性通风难题的基础上,提出复杂矿井通风系统优化方法,并举例应用矿井通风三维仿真系统,从矿井通风网络、通风动力和风流调控设施等方面优化出技术经济可行、安全高效的矿井通风系统方案,确保复杂大型矿井通风系统运行的安全可靠。The present paper is aimed at introducing our analysis of commonly existing ventilation problems in large-scaled mines and the corresponding approach to their solution. For this purpose, we have brought about an optimal model of application of three-dimensional simulation and optimization of mine ventilation network system, which is actually an algorithm of the mine ventilation network calculation created by using the Fortran 90 based on the topology geometric principle. Based on our analysis and investigation of the large-scale metallic mine ventilation system network, there exist the following common problems: the commonly existing factors influencing effective allocation of the underground air volumes, the main ventilation energy consumption channels, largely amounts of air leakage and so on. On the basis of our analysis of the above problems, we have applied the proper optimization method and the Three-Dimensional simulation and optimization of mine ventilation network system to a large-scaled tin mine in hoping to solve its ventilation problems. To solve the ventilation problems involved, it is necessary to use the Three-Dimensional simulation and the optimized efficient mining ventilation system, the key is to make sure the safety and reliability of the operation of the ventilation system by optimizing the mining ventilation network, the power of mine ventilation and the airflow regulation facilities. In such a way, timely calculation of originality of the natural air pressure supply and the mining ventilation network operation can help to regulate the natural air pressure. Thus, the results of our analysis and investigation prove that as long as the air curtain control technology works properly, the air-stream of the mine should be able to work rationally and effectively. And, if the actually existing problems and rationales of the mining ventilation system can be fully understood and soundly grasped, it is possible to guarantee the actual optimization practice of the large-scale metal mining ventilation
