摘 要:活性炭应用于烟气脱硫技术具有脱硫效率高、原料来源广泛、工艺适应范围广、环保性能好、脱硫过程不耗水等优点,受到人们的高度重视。简要介绍了我国SO2的污染现状及目前各种脱硫技术,采用干法脱硫工艺,着重对影响脱硫效率的反应温度、烟气中O2体积分数、SO2体积分数和活性炭粒径等因素进行了研究。结果表明:1)温度的降低有利于提高脱除SO2的效率;2)烟气中O2体积分数越高,活性炭脱硫效果越好,活性炭脱硫能力与烟气中O2体积分数成正比;3)烟气中SO2体积分数越低,活性炭脱硫效果越好,活性炭脱硫能力随SO2体积分数增加而降低;4)活性炭粒径对活性炭的脱硫能力没有明显影响。The paper is aimed at introducing its study results on the effects of the gas ingredients in the smoke-fire process on the desulphurization behavior of the activated carbon for its manifold advantages, such as high desulfurization efficiency, wide source of the raw materials, the broad range of process, good environmental behaviors and desulfurization process without water, etc. To proceed with our research, this paper is going to introduce the serious condition of China's sulfur dioxide pollution in-situ and the variety of desulfurization technologies available for treating the above said process for the time being briefly. What is more, we have done the following experiments with the dry process desulphurization technology by using the activated carbon as the adsorbent agent to remove the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas. The above said experiments help us to test, analyze and identify the four mainly related factors influencing the desulfurization efficiency, which can be stated as the reaction temperature (90-125℃), the oxygen content in the flue gas (2%-8%), the sulfur-dioxide content (0.05%-0.2%) and the size of the activated carbon particles (0.25-2.5 mm). The results of our testing and experiments prove that: (1) The desulphurization efficiency of activated carbon tends to decrease with the increase of temperature when the temperature of the fixed bed reaction is beyond 90℃; (2) Our experiments indicate that the higher the oxygen content in the flue gas, the higher the desulfurization efficiency would be. In addition, the desulfurization ability of activated carbon turns to be proportional to the oxygen content in the flue gas, however, when the oxygen content increases to a certain degree, not obvious changes are likely to be found with the desulfurization efficiency; (3) The highest desulfurization efficiency can be expected to be worked out on the condition with 0.05% content of the sulfur dioxide, though the concentration of the sulfur dioxide in flue gas tends to get
