摘  要:目的 通过文献综合,分析蛋白质组学技术在航空航天医学研究中的应用现状和前景.资料来源与选择 国内外该领域及相关领域的研究论文和报告. 资料引用 国内外公开发表的文献34篇. 资料综合 蛋白质组学技术是一门从整体角度分析细胞内蛋白质组成、表达水平与修饰状态的新兴技术,是高通量研究生物体的一种方法.在航空医学研究中,蛋白质组学技术被尝试应用于筛选与心理应激相关的血清生物学指标,用以选拔具有良好飞行能力的飞行员,探讨航空性疾病的发病机制.蛋白质组学技术在航天医学中得到较广泛的应用,如火箭推进剂对睾丸蛋白质组的影响,微重力作用及离子辐射对组织细胞及环境微生物蛋白表达的影响等. 结论 由于蛋白质组学技术高通量、实时研究蛋白质动态表达等特点,使其已经广泛应用于疾病研究中.未来还将利用蛋白质组学技术阐明航空航天疾病的生理机制,建立诊断标准,探寻治疗靶点,为航空航天医学研究提供新的技术和思路.Objective To review status of the proteomics research in aerospace medicine and prospect its application in future.Literature resource and selection Domestic and international publications in this field were retrieved.Literature quotation Thirty-four published research papers and report were cited.Literature synthesis Proteomics is a new technology applied to generally analyzing the intracellular proteins,the expressed proteins and the modified proteins.It is a highthroughput method in biological research.In aviation medical research,the blood biomarkers were identified for selecting the pilots with superior performance under psychological stress by proteomics technology that was also used to investigate the pathogenesis of the aviation disease.Proteomics technology has been widely used in space medicine,such as rocket propellant effects on testicular proteome,microgravity and radiation impacts on tissue,cells and microbiology proteins.Conclusions Due to its high-throughput and real time proteins processing features,the proteomics has widely applied in the research of the disease.We would apply this technology to reveal the physiological mechanisms of aerospace diseases,to establish the diagnostic criteria and to explore the potential therapeutic targets.It will provide aerospace medicine research with new technology and thought.
