摘  要:为了分析双锥流量计的压力损失情况,对多个不同等效直径比的双锥流量计进行实验研究.测取各等效直径比下双锥流量计入口与喉部差压信号以及压损信号,并与相同被测介质、直径比和口径条件下标准孔板和标准喷嘴流量计的压损和相对压损进行比较分析.结果表明,在相同的测量条件下,双锥流量计的压损是孔板的25%左右、是喷嘴的65%左右.对相同测量条件下的V锥流量计相对压损的比较分析表明,由于后部锥体的导流作用,双锥流量计的相对压损更小,且在流速较高时更显优势.即通过实验研究表明,双锥流量计在流量计量上能起到更好的降低能耗的作用.The experiments were conducted for the investigation of the pressure loss of double-cone flowmeters with different equivalent diameter ratios.The differential pressure between the inlet and the throat and the pressure loss of the double-cone flowmeters were obtained.The pressure loss and the relative pressure loss of the standard orifice and the nozzle flowmeters were compared in the condition of the same test medium,diameter ratio and caliber.The pressure loss of the double-cone flowmeter was only 25% and 65% of the orifice and the nozzle,respectively.The relative pressure loss of the double-cone flowmeter was the least among the four kinds of flowmeters because of the diversion of the rear cone,especially at higher flow rates.The results show that the double-cone flowmeter has potential application prospect in fluid measurement to reduce energy consumption.
