摘 要:目的 依靠DoCare麻醉信息系统,介绍我院麻醉门诊的工作制度和流程以及实施经验. 方法 麻醉门诊术前访视了解患者并签署知情同意书,麻醉术后访视患者了解其麻醉效果和有无相关麻醉并发症. 结果 与2002年~2006年比较,建立麻醉门诊后,2008年~2012年麻醉相关并发症发生率降低了0.13%(P<0.05),麻醉相关投诉率降低了1.56/万(P<0.05),麻醉医师平均工作时间减少了4.96h/周(P<0.05). 结论 基于DoCare麻醉信息系统的麻醉术前和术后访视集中在麻醉门诊开展,可减少医疗投诉和医患纠纷、有利于人力资源的节约,旨在为循证医学的深入开展提供一定基础.Objective Depending on Docare anesthetic information system, to show the working system, procedures and implementation experience in anesthesia clinic of our hospital. Methods Pre-anesthesia evaluation and signing of informed consent, as well as post-anesthesia follow up to evaluate the anesthesia effect and identify the occurrence of anesthesia-related complications, all are conducted at anesthesia clinic. Results In comparison with 2002-2006 period, fo11Qwing the establishment of anesthesia clinic,the incidence of anesthesia-related complications reduced by 0.13% (P〈0.05), the complaint rate reduced by 1.56/ten thousand (P〈0.05), and the average working hours of anesthetists decreased 4.96 h/week(P〈0.05 ) during the period 2008- 2012. Conclusions Focusing Docare information system based-preoperative and postoperative interview on anesthesia clinic could reduce medical complaints and medical disputes, and be conducive to economizing human resources, providing a certain foundation for the further development of evidence-based medicine.
