摘  要:背景 机体内存在各种氧感受器和一系列的氧感受机制以维持体内氧的稳态,以避免因氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PO2)剧烈改变而造成机体损害.因此人们日益关注其具体的机制. 目的 对已知的氧感受器及低氧感受和信号转导机制的基础研究和进展进行总结. 内容 分别详细阐述各类已知的氧感受器,氧感受机制和低氧信号转导. 趋向 低氧感受及缺氧反应的机制非常复杂,深入的研究对临床上预防、诊断和治疗缺氧性疾病有重要作用.Background There are many different kinds of oxygen sensors and molecular mechanisms of response to hypoxia in the body to maintain the oxygen hotneostasis, which can reduce or avoid damages caused by dramatic changes of partial pressure of oxygen (PO2). More and more attentions have been paid on these issues. Objective To summarize the known oxygen sensors and the advances in the mechanisms of response to hypoxia and signal transduction. Content Our review elaborates the different kinds of oxygen sensors, the mechanisms of response to hypoxia and signal transduetion in detail. Trend The mechanisms of oxygen sensing and signal transduction are very complicated, further in-depth study will be very important in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of hypoxia.
