摘　　要：目的对不同营养方式对小于胎龄儿(SGA)生长发育的影响和临床研究进行分析和讨论。方法对小于胎龄儿组和足月小样儿组患儿进行检测,即在住院后第1周,检测患儿空腹血白蛋白、前白蛋白水平。对两组住院期间情况进行观察比较。结果两组患儿均未出现严重喂养并发症。结论采用低体重儿奶粉喂养,对小于胎龄儿来说,患儿的短期营养、中期营养效果均较好。Objective Analysis the effect of different nutrition modes on growth and development in small-for-gestational-age（SGA） infants. Methods Detect the SGA group and fifll-term infants group at the first week after admission, including fasting serum albumin and prealbumin level. Compare the conditions between two groups. Results None of the two groups has serious feeding complications. Conclusion Feeding low birth weight infants with milk powder has a positive effects both in short-term and medium-term nutrition.
