运脾化湿法治疗小儿急性非细菌感染性腹泻的护理分析

摘　　要：目的 研究并分析采用运脾化湿法治疗小儿急性非细胞感染性腹泻的临床护理效果。方法 随机分为采用蒙脱石散和口服葡萄糖锌片进行护理治疗的对照组和采用运脾化湿法进行护理治疗观察组各30例。治疗一个疗程后,对比观察患儿的临床症状、止泻时间、每天大便的次数以及形状。结果 观察组患儿的临床总有效率较对照组的高,大便次数和形状的改善情况效果显著,两组间差异具有统计学意义;而止泻时间两组不存在差异。结论 采用运脾化湿法治疗小儿急性非细胞感染性腹泻的护理效果较佳,是一种可在临床护理中广泛应用的治疗手段。Objective To study and analyze the method of transporting spleen wet treatment of pediatric clinical nursing of acute infectious diarrhea acel ular effect. Methods Were randomly divided into montmorillonite powder and oral glucose zinc for care and treatment of control group and the method of transporting spleen wet nursing treatment group 30 cases each.After a period of treatment, their children observed in patients with clinical symptoms, time of diarrhoea, defecate number and shape every day. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group patients was high, defecate frequency and shape of the improvement effect is remarkable, the difference between two groups was statistical y significant ;There is no difference between the antidiarrheal time two groups. Conclusion Method of transporting spleen wet treatment of children acute infectious diarrhea acel ular nursing effect is good, can is a kind of widely used in clinical care and treatment of a kind of treatment.
