摘　　要：文章依据文献［１］提出的物业管理公司综合评价指标体系，用专家意见法和改进的ＡＨＰ方法确定了相应的权重，并用模糊综合评价法对某物业管理公司进行了综合评价，指出了存在的问题和整改意见。According to the norm system for overall assessment of property management corpora- tions in reference [l], the weights of overall assessment of property management corporations is given by using Delphi and AHP in this paper. A case is assessed by fuzzy comprehensive estimate method and the results are analyzed.
