河南洛宁神灵寨国家地质公园规划编制及思考

摘　　要：从2000年首批国家地质公园成立至今，地质公园的发展已从重数量发展过渡到重品质提高的新阶段，国土资源部为了加强国家地质公园建设，更加有效的保护地质遗迹资源，发布了《国家地质公园规划编制技术要求》，为我国地质公园的规划发展提供了依据。神灵寨国家地质公园据此开展相关规划编制工作，工作的重点主要包括：合理划定地质公园范围，开展地质遗迹资源的调查与评价，制定地质遗迹保护措施，以及地质公园的解说系统规划等。该规划更加科学合理，有效地保护了地质遗迹资源，满足了社会公众对地质科普旅游的需求，协调了地质公园发展与地方发展经济的关系。Since the foundation of the first batch of national geological park in 2000 years, the development of geological park come to a new stage of pay attention to quality raise. The ministry of land and resources issued a ＆quot;Technical Requirements of National Geological Park Planning＆quot;, in order to strengthen the construction of national geological park, and more effectively protect the geological relics resources, which provide the basis for planning and development of geological parks in China. The Shenlingzhai Geopark planning is finished according to the technical requirements of national geological park planning, Which including defining a reasonable scope, investigating and evaluating the geological vestiges resources, finding the right protective measures and designing interpretation system. The planning coordinates the relationship between the protection of nation geological resources and the local government economic development, satisfies the social demands for geological tourism resources, and achieves mutual benefits.
