摘　　要：随着产业经济的不断成熟完善,企业之间的竞争越来越深层次化,企业文化成为企业能否取得长足发展的关键因素。以诚信为本的企业价值观是现代企业文化的核心,是企业发展的基础。传统武术文化的物器技术、制度习俗和心理价值三个层次,可以与现代企业文化相互融和。汲取武术文化中的精髓,有助于构建诚信为本的现代企业文化。As the gradual mature of the industrial economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer.Successful businesses attache great importance to the building of enterprise culture,in which integrity has become the key element in the enterprise development.The traditional Wushu has has three levels of value：device technique,customs and psychological values,which can merge with modern enterprise culture.The absorbtion of the essence of traditional Wushu culture,will help construct the integrity of modern enterprise culture.
