摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的政府决策部门、企事业单位以及社会公众对气象信息和气象服务的要求也越来越高,更多的受众希望获取更为精细化、多样化的气象信息。为满足这一要求,气象业务不断发展,气象应用系统越来越多,对网络依赖程度越来越强,网络维护管理已摆在了极其重要的位置。With the fasten development of the social economy and the improve of the people living level,more and more government ＇ s decision-making departments,enterprise and institution and social public＇s requirment also become higher,people desire to know more detials and variety meteorological information.
