摘　　要：随着教育改革、科技创新发展,中国迫切需求越来越多具有与世界交流能力的医学创新型人才。如何培养医学生的对外交流及创新能力,是当前医学教育研究和解决的重要课题。通过长期双语教学体验拟从"信、达、雅"三方面,探讨如何培养学生的创新能力及对外交流能力。With the development of education reform, China required urgently more and more innovative medical talents, which can contact with the rest of the world frequently. How to culture the medical students＇ability about the foreign exchange and innovation is an important topic about medical education, which should be studied and solved in the current. According to bilingual teaching experience, the author long to discuss how to cultivate the students＇innovation ability and communication ability from three aspects as the theory about ＂Truth, Precision, Elegance＂
