摘 要:三峡电站等工程采用下游坝面钢衬钢筋混凝土管道 ,这种管道型式新颖 ,无规范可依。在运行时管壁混凝土开裂 ,及在温度荷载作用下应力和变形情况如何 ,是这类管道结构中尚未解决的重要问题之一。通过仿真材料模型试验及非线性有限元法 ,对带裂缝的钢衬钢筋混凝土管道在内外温度差作用下的温度应力及变形进行了研究 ,获得了可靠的成果 。Steel lined reinforced concrete penstock built on the downstream surface of dam is used in TGP's power station. This kind of penstock is of a novel style. Therefore, how will be the stress and strain statuses of penstock occurring cracks and under the action of temperature load in the operating period is still one of important problems not being solved. By means of simulating model experiment and nonlinear finite element method, the research on temperature stress and strain under the action of temperature differences between the inner and outside of steel lined reinforced concrete penstock was performed. The reliable results were obtained, and primary basis for pipe line design was provided.
