基于“体质土壤”学说的痰湿体质异病同治学术传承研究

摘　　要：文章以痰湿体质易患疾病的调治为切入点,从异病同体、异病同治视角,对王琦教授的"体质土壤"学说、"加减分消"治法和"主病主方"思想等学术经验,以及倪诚教授的"三焦分消"治法及"酸味制甘"、"搜络剔邪"组方思路,开展学术传承研究。文中还结合2则医案进行"体质土壤"学说的临床验证和兼夹体质的调治说明。Based on the idea promoted by professor WANG Qi, which is the theory of body constitution soil, the treatment of eliminating phlegm-dampness and the thought of the main prescription for its diseases, this study outlined the treatment of disease caused by the phlegm-dampness constitution from the point of view of the same body constitution for different diseases and the same treatment for different diseases. The study was expected to concentrate on the ideology by professor WANG Qi, and summarized the academic experience of eliminating phlegm-dampness of triple energizer, restricting sweet flavor by sour, and eliminating pathogenic factors of collaterals by professor NI Cheng. Two medical cases were also attached to illustrate the theory of body constitution soil and therapy for a constitution complicated with other abnormal constitution.
